Organisations covered by the EOWW Act need to develop a workplace program and report annually on that program retrospectively. The workplace program needs to follow the six steps outlined below, which addresses seven key areas known as the Employment Matters.
The diagram below illustrates how you might manage a workplace program throughout the reporting year.
