 Home : Waiving : Waiving Guidelines
EOWA has developed the Waiving Guidelines to assist you to:
  • Understand what you need to do to be 'waived', over and above what you need to do to comply;
  • Assess your organisation's readiness to apply for waived status, and
  • Assist you prepare your application to be waived.

The Waiving Guidelines include the following:

You need to be familiar with compliance requirements under the new Act to consider waiving. These waiving guidelines should therefore be read in conjunction with the Compliance Guidelines.
