| Sanctions for Not Complying |

Employers who are required to report under the Act and fail to meet
the requirements of the legislation may incur a sanction.
There are two consequences for failing to comply with the Act:
When a Named Organisation Complies with the Act Once an employer submits a report that meets the requirements of the Act the employer is removed from the list of non-compliant organisations on our website and is no longer affected by the Contract Compliance Policy. |
