The
Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Act 1999 (the Act) requires
all non-government and not-for-profit organisations that employ a total
of 100 or more staff (including full-time, part-time, casual, temporary
employees and independent contractors from all subsidiaries) to
report
to EOWA annually on their workplace program for women. The Compliance Guidelines provides detail on how to be compliant with the Act's requirement to:
