A compliant EOWA report documents each of the six steps of an organisation's workplace program.


Reports on the workplace program are retrospective and cover the 12 month period from 01 April in the previous year to 31 March in the reporting year. You may submit your report from 01 April up to 31 May each year.

Prepare Workplace Profile

 

A table outlining occupational categories and employment status of the men and women in your organisation.

Analyse your workplace, including consultation to identify issues for women.

Your analysis of each of the seven employment matters needs to comprise the following:

i. Consultation - you need to consult with all employees at all levels of the organisation.

ii. Review HR Statistics and policies and practices.
