EOWA Director, Fiona Krautil's Farewell
This month will mark the end of Fiona Krautil's term as Director of the Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Agency. Over the past five years under Fiona's direction and commitment the Agency has transformed itself from one of policies and processes to one that truly adds value for working women and business. During her tenure, EOWA implemented a new, flexible reporting process focussed on providing organisation-specific assistance. Feedback from a recent independent evaluation survey rated this reporting process as "much improved" from reporting under the previous Act*. In the last five years, the Agency has also launched the Australian Women in Leadership Census, the annual Business Achievement Awards, the prestigious 'EOWA Employer of Choice for Women' citation and recently it's first book Chief Executives Unplugged. We would like to thank her for the commitment and passion she has shown to improve the outcomes for working women around Australia.

*EOWA would like to thank all organisations that participated in the EOWA Evaluation Survey. These results will be available on our website on 1 April 2004.
