Businesses can also take advantage of EOWA’s new pay equity audit tool which can help indentify and explain pay gaps within an organisation. Click here to access these resources.

The 2009 EOWA Survey on Paid Maternity Leave, Sex-based Harassment Initiatives and the Gender Pay Gap is now available online. The report examines the responses of over 2300 reporting organisations and reveals what organisations are currently doing, and what more they can do, to further improve their workplace practices to attract and retain the skills in their workforce.
