 Generation F: Attract, Engage, Retain

In April this year, EOWA released a new research report: Generation F: Attract, Engage, Retain. Sponsored by Hays, the report findings reveal the perceptions and attitudes of Generation F (women in or wishing to return to the labour force, aged 16-65) toward their careers and employers.

The report includes advice and examples for organisations to help them harness the skills, commitment and ambitions of Generation F to benefit their workplace. For more information and to download the full report, please visit our website.
