Please note that proposed changes announced by the Government in 2006 will not be implemented for the 2007 reporting period. Under the existing legislation, your organisation, unless waived, will be required to report as in previous years by May 2007.

Employment Matter Guidelines

Updated guidelines addressing each of the seven employment matters are now available. The Employment Matter Guidelines include advice on analysing your workplace, identifying issues for women in your organisation, and suggested actions. These updated guidelines will help your organisation to improve its workplace program.

EOWA Case Studies profile the leading practice initiatives that have been implemented by organisations reporting to EOWA. They will help you to benchmark your own organisation's policies and provide you with new ideas for your workplace.

EOWA has compiled a bibliography of books, articles and websites across the seven employment matters and beyond to guide your EO reading and provide you with additional resources.

  EOWA Workshops and Consultancy
 

In February, March and April, EOWA will be running workshops across a range of topics including developing your workplace program, strategies to get more women into non-traditional areas and management, positioning your organisation for EOWA Employer of Choice for Women and conducting a pay equity analysis. We also offer customised in-house training designed to prevent sex-based harassment in your workplace.
