Public Compliance Reports
Compliance Reports submitted to EOWA under the Equal Opportunity for
Women in the Workplace Act 1999 are public documents. Compliance
Reports from 2002 onwards may be downloaded free of charge from our
Online Searchable Database of Reports.
To obtain a Compliance Report from
the 2000-01 reporting year or earlier, please contact the
Reporting and
Compliance Team.
The first three (3) reports will be provided free of charge, after which
an $8.00 fee (+GST) will be charged per report to cover retrieval and
postage costs.

(2002)
A 2002 report on
finding and retaining talented employees in the retail sector, both
within Australia and internationally. Includes leading-practice examples
and benchmarking data.
Building EEO in the Construction Industry Facts & Figures (1998)
An information kit to assist employers in
the construction industry address some of the workplace equity issues
faced by women. Also provides strategies to recruit and retain women in
the industry and address organisational culture issues.

The case studies in this report provide some practical examples of
strategies that are being used to develop better work and life

A 2002 publication providing advice for women on their rights and
responsibilities at work during pregnancy and after returning to work.
Also includes tips for employers on workplace safety, parental leave
and avoiding discrimination against pregnant or potentially pregnant
women.

A 2011 publication providing advice and guides for employers regarding
domestic violence.
