> Upcoming Event: Senior Women Executives and the Cultures of Change Management Conference

This conference provides the opportunity to hear women working in senior executive positions and experts on gender debate the impact of having women in senior positions and on boards. >Upcoming Event: Going Public Conference
Going Public is a landmark conference targeting women in the Australian public sector and politics. It aims to raise awareness of and help address the issues facing women in these sectors, as well as act as an effective medium for change. Topics up for discussion will include: pay parity, female representation in the workforce, life in the political system, multiculturalism, bullying and sexism in the workplace, leadership, mentoring and networking, local government and regional issues.

Going Public will be hosted by renowned political and economics journalist, Maxine McKew, and will feature a series of presentations, case studies, networking opportunities and forums. Speakers will include Joan Kirner, former Victorian Premier as the headline speaker, along with a number of other high profile speakers, such as Kerry Chikarovski, former NSW Opposition leader; Linda Burney, Member for Canterbury, NSW; Kate Lundy, Federal Shadow IT Minister; Kerry Nettle, Federal Greens Senator; Simon Longstaff, Executive Director of the St James Ethics Centre; and Sarah Cornally, Principal of Leading People.
