Based on an annual survey of the equal opportunity report contacts of organisations reporting to EOWA, this research collects important data on the provision and prevalence of specific employer initiatives, as well as opinion data on the emerging issues for employers in maximising outcomes for both their women employees and their business.

Recent survey reports include findings on employers' provision of paid parental leave, formal assistance with child-care and work/life flexibility arrangements.
