Organisations need to be compliant with the Act to be eligible to apply.

Please note: EOWA reserves the right to amend the criteria where applicable to:

  • Maintain the integrity and credibility of the citation; and
  • Remain cognisant of the current state of EO issues in Australian workplaces.
