What to do with the information you have gathered from these consultation methods.

Step 1
Analyse qualitative information:

  • Read through all information and note responses to each issue;
  • Highlight those issues which are raised by a number of staff;
  • Highlight issues relating to the seven employment matters;
  • Collate information which refers to these issues;
  • Total the numbers of staff who raised each issue;
  • Consider the impact of the issues raised by staff on your business outcomes.

Step 2
Determine what actions you will take to address the issues raised by a significant number of staff.

Step 3
Determine a time frame to address each action.

Step 4
Assign responsibility for the actions.
