A staff survey can give you information about :
Issues to consider:
The survey can help you identify issues and therefore provide some starting points for the development of your program’s goals, objectives and strategies. If your organisation is predominantly male, your survey results may indicate that only a small percentage of staff have issues of concern. Further consultation with your female staff will be required to determine whether there are issues of concern to women. One-to-one interviews with female staff may assist in clarifying these concerns. For more information:
