Many larger organisations set up Women's Networks to provide an opportunity for women
  • To discuss issues of particular interest to their needs in the workplace;
  • To make contact with other women at their own level and more senior levels in the organisation;
  • To seek and develop mentoring relationships;
  • To raise the profile of women and women’s issues within the organisation. 

A review of issues raised both in this forum and via mentors can provide valuable input into your organisation's Workplace Program.
