The 360º feedback process provides a mechanism for organisations to extend the lines of communication and consultation within their workplace(s) to improve the performance of individual staff, managers and ultimately the organisation.
Feedback is provided
Individuals are required to accept feedback provided to them. In these 360º feedback sessions, issues relating to the seven employment matters can be raised, discussed and actioned.
