The tools shown in bold in the following table are suggestions for organisations that already have leading edge practices in place and want to develop their programs and the resultant business benefits even further. The list is not intended to be prescriptive.

The tools listed under level 3 will require dedication of resources for successful implementation, but will provide your organisation with more detailed information to supplement the consultation processes you already have in place.

The issues which your organisation identifies from these methods and which relate to the seven employment matters listed below are the ones which need to be considered for your EOWA program.

  • Arrangements for dealing with Sex-Based Harassment

The magnitude of the issues identified and the organisational resources available will determine which issues your organisation will prioritise and action in your EOWA program.
