This kit is designed to assist you in doing a thorough workplace analysis - vital for identifying the issues which may be preventing the advancement of women in your business.

Before you answer the questions to identify issues for women, it's important to gather data to inform your answers.

From Step 1 - You will have created and analysed your Workplace Profile to have a picture of where the women are in your organisation and what they do.

The Workplace Analysis Toolkit has three parts:

  1. Gather information and analysis of issues received through employee consultation.
  2. Analyse your HR statistics & your HR policies and practices
  3. Identify issues for women by answering the analysis questions relevant to the 7 Employment Matters

To access the complete Workplace Analysis Toolkit most relevant to your workplace, please identify the level of your organisation from the following questions.

Starting Out -Level 1
Is your organisation reporting for the first time OR Have you reported before and want more information to make your EOWA program and report more comprehensive?

Moving Forward - Level 2
Does your organisation have a well-developed program (you may be aiming at Waiving or "EOWA Employer of Choice for Women") or is your organisation already recognised for its leading edge practices for women and you want to develop your program to achieve even greater business benefits?
