Sex-based harassment prevention training
Tailored specifically to your organisation and industry, this in-house workshop will help you to ensure your organisation's work environment discourages sex-based harassment.

Includes:

An overview of Federal and State discriminiation legislation with particular focus on sex-based harassment, discrimination and bullying. Includes discussion of case law, liability and employer/employee responsibilities.

Discussion about why diversity is so important for your organisation.

An overview of your organisation's policies and procedures which may include sex-based harassment, discrimination, bullying and EEO.

Analyse your workplace program
