The EOWA Business Achievement Awards began in 2001 with a vision to create an Australia where every woman can achieve her greatest potential in the workplace.

With that vision, EOWA's inaugural Awards were a huge success boasting attendance from leading CEO’s, politicians, prominent business leaders, human resource professionals and diversity experts.
