2008 Award Categories and Nomination Forms
In this ninth year of the EOWA Business Achievement Awards, the below
awards will be given in recognition of excellence in Equal Employment
Opportunity.
Please note that all nominations are due by Thursday, 31 July 2008.
Nominations will only be accepted by email in the format set out in the

Award 2 : Diversity Leader for the Advancement of Women

Award 8: The Minister's Award for
Outstanding EEO Practice in the Advancement of Indigenous Women
Presented by the Minister for the Status of Women
Nominees will be required to describe how the nominated organisation has
implemented an innovative or effective practice that has made a positive
difference for indigenous women, addressing the following criteria:
- Implemented a strategic innovative and/or effective practice
that advances EEO for indigenous women;
- Effectively addressed EEO issue(s) for indigenous women;
- Demonstrated positive outcomes for indigenous women.
