The EOWA Business Achievement Awards are be given in recognition of excellence in Equal Employment Opportunity.

Please note that all nominations are usually due by the end of July each year. Nominations will only be accepted by email in the format set out in the nomination forms linked below. Please send all nomination forms to: baanomination@eowa.gov.au .

Individuals and organisations can nominate by completing a Business Achievement Award Nomination Form for one or more awards.

Sufficient information needs to be provided to cover all criteria for the relevant award(s) so that judges can make an accurate assessment of the nomination.
