This award recognises a strategic initiative or practice which
provides workplace flexibility through job design or redesign,
incorporating the following criteria:
- Initiative/practice is aligned with business strategy and
championed by CEO and Executive;
- Initiative/practice is outstanding;
- Initiative/practice achieves outcomes for women at all levels of
the organisation.
