Nominations for EOWA Business Achievement Awards.

Individuals and organisations can nominate by completing a Business Achievement Award Nomination Form for one or more awards.

Sufficient information needs to be provided to cover all criteria for the relevant award(s) so that judges can make an accurate assessment of the nomination.

This information needs to be forwarded to Heather Gordon (heather.gordon@eowa.gov.au) by July 31 annually.
