Based on data collected by Macquarie University as part of the 2006 EOWA Australian Women in Leadership Census, the Gender Income Distribution of Top Earners in ASX200 Companies examines the remuneration of the five most highly paid executives in the top 200 companies on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX).

An important and unprecedented piece of research, this report exposes large salary gaps between women and men across roles at the most senior level.
