| "There's no doubt that the impact of having children and wanting to work
flexibly limits women's choices in their career. My approach has been
to...encourage everyone in the company, male or female, to stop
squeezing life around their work - and instead to 'get a life' and
squeeze work around their life." ...John McFarlane, CEO ANZ Bank, EOWA's Chief Executives Unplugged |
