We are working towards creating an Australia where every women can achieve her greatest potential in the workplace. To achieve this we support and assist:
  • Reporting organisations (those employing over 100 employees);
  • Peak industry and business groups;
  • Representative groups in relevant industries;
  • Professional bodies and academics with an interest in equal opportunity for women;
  • Government agencies with policy or program responsibilities in the area of equal opportunity and/or women's issues generally; and
  • Students and the general public with an interest in equal opportunity.

Our service standards are outlined in our Service Charter.
